Representative Finkelstein moved and asked unanimous consent that HB 259(title am) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of rescinding action in failing to adopt Amendment No. 1. Objection was heard. The question being: "Shall HB 259(title am) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of rescinding action in failing to adopt Amendment No. 1?"
